Application Procedure

  1. The applicant fills in the application form on the website.

  2. After the application form is submitted, the applicant will receive a confirmation email.

  3. The Fly-In Working Group will ask the applicant’s AS for confirmation within 24hrs.

  4. After confirmation, The Fly-In Working Group will ask the applicant to deposit 25% of the participation fee (€25.-) to the Fly-In bank account.

  5. With the deposit of the €25.-, the applicant is automatically accepted.
